New Year, New Changes

As we look forward to the New Year at Thomas French Fine Art, we thought we would reflect on the year passed and share with you all the exciting changes that will be occurring here in 2013.

This past year we have had the opportunity to launch online exhibitions on our website (http://www.thomasfrenchfineart.com/exhibitions). These exhibitions now allow us to curate and showcase works of art for all our clients to see regardless of where they are in the country or around the world. At the same time we have begun building up our email publicity. If you or someone you know is interested in receiving our emails, please sign up via the homepage on our website. We are also excited to announce that you can now follow us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/thomasfrenchfineart). On our Facebook page, you can view regularly updated information on new and exciting acquisitions, promotions, exhibition information, and special announcements. All of us at TFFA are very intrigued by the possibilities presented by these new avenues of digital communication and encourage everyone to explore them further.

As 2012 ends, we are sad to report that Mary Michitsch who joined us in January will be leaving her position as registrar at Thomas French Fine Art. She has decided to join a family business started by her uncle selling film equipment and memorabilia on ebay. We will certainly miss her and wish her the best.

Audrey French will be replacing Mary in January. A 2011 graduate of Denison University, Audrey has interned for the Amon Carter Museum of American Art and the Prints and Drawings Department at the Art Institute of Chicago. After working informally for TFFA for many years, Audrey is excited to be part of the business as we expand the scope of our activities over the next few years.

Throughout this current transition we have noticed software discrepancies and are working to rectify the issue. All prices on our website are now subject to change without notice, so please contact us for specific information. Make sure to also check back periodically for our new and updated selection of inventory.

Lastly, do not forget about our holiday sale that ends on January 1, 2013. We are offering all inventory at a 10% discount, a 20% discount with the purchase of 3 or more items, and as special memorial price of $850.00 for Will Barnett’s Youth, 1970.

Wishing you a happy, healthy, and prosperous  New Year,

Thomas French Fine Art
